Lab 5 Journal

Oysterlings (Genus Crepidotus) are very small kidney-shaped fungi that can be found on dead twigs or oak trees in autumn. They have pale caps that are easily broken. Their name comes from they way they look like oysters, but they are not considered edible and they may be poisonous. They have no known medicinal properties.
