This week 57 observers made 377 observations between Sunday, February 21, 2021 to Saturday, February 27, 2021. Among the top five observers, @carrieseltzer observed 57 examples of life in the Anacostia watershed; @dtread1 contributed 45; @tiberiusdreadnought contributed 38; @stephen220 contributed 35; and @ronwertz contributed 20. Rounding out the top 10, @owlice contributed 19; @wilpersm contributed 17; @jimdella contributed 16; @danielgonzalez2 contributed 12; and @paul1099 contributed 9. 27 people contributed one observation, 3 people contributed two observations, and 6 people contributed 3 observations. Birds stayed in first place (179 observations), followed by Plants (102 observations) and Mammalia (19 observations). Mollusca was the least observed Taxon, with 1 observation. Ray-finned fishes were not observed at all for a fifth week in a row!
