Just nine hours to go! Feel free to sneak outside at midnight to see if you can be the first person on the board for the Challenge (in the whole world!).... It looks like we're in for some pleasant weather over the four days, aside from a few showers on Saturday evening - perfect conditions for making observations!
If you have any questions during the event, a good place to start is the global event forum global event forum. There is a Frequently Asked Questions section with really helpful information about the iNaturalist app, website, and the Challenge. A team of local organisers will also be keeping tabs on this project page and the observations coming in.

We're waiting .... (for the first observations, that is)
I've made a few observations but they're not showing up on the project page yet. Apparently it can take a few minutes for things to start filtering through, but I've asked the organisers about it just in case it's a glitch. : )
Fixed! We're in the lead! Woo-hoo!!! :D
