I love identifying conifers. I am trying to improve at identifying birds, shrubs, and hardwood trees. I am especially interested in improving our mapping of sugar pine's range as well as other less common Pacific Northwest conifers.

I identify species based on a standard closer to "preponderance of evidence" than "beyond a reasonable doubt."
