I'm an all around nature lover, beekeeper, lepidoptera enthusiast, native plant propagator, wildlife photographer, naturalist, and an Aquarium Biologist at the California Academy of Sciences. I provide daily animal care for some of the California Academy of Sciences living collection of 40,000 animals. My areas of focus include caring for plankton cultures, coral displays, marine fish, freshwater fish, invertebrates, elasmobranchs, jellyfish, and more. When I'm not working, you can find me volunteering at the SF Botanical Garden propagating native plants and improving native butterfly habitat. As a bay area native, I'm motivated to inspire others to care for our native flora and fauna.
