I am a bird nerd at heart, and iNaturalist helps me document and learn about all the other wild creatures and plants I find. I've become particularly interested in butterflies and moths, and working on learning other insects. Here is my eBird profile: https://ebird.org/profile/NTQwNTA1/US

Currently, I work as post-graduate fellow at Antioch University New England, in Keene, New Hampshire, where I teach graduate GIS courses and manage the Antioch Spatial Analysis Lab. My research interests generally fall within the realm of spatial avian ecology, and much of my work has focused on studying warblers, particularly the genus Vermivora, in the Champlain Valley of Vermont.

If you are looking for something fun to do during the Covid-19 pandemic, sign up for one of the Socially Distant Bioblitz events that I am coordinating! Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of experience, geographic location, and ability to get outside.
