I founded the LBV Highschoolgroup in Bayreuth, Bavaria. Since then, I lead excursions, gave presentation and brang together more than 80 students to fascinate them for our regional nature. Fichtelgebirge, frankonian swiss, alps: Together we try to get an overview over the beautiful nature in front of our doors and beneath our feet.

As M. Sc. Molecular ecology I focused on lichens for several semseters. Meanwhile I do my PhD about permafrost soils in the arctic and are fascinated from alpine-arctic distributed species, espacially in lichens. Further marine, terrestric and limnic mollucs fascinate me.
