I graduated with a B.S. in Biology with an Ecology concentration followed by an M.S. in Environmental Science both from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. My thesis research was on the disease ecology of the emergent amphibian chytrid fungus. My primary area of focus is in southeastern U.S. herpetofauna but I am fascinated by all aspects of nature and I am committed to the preservation of declining species and the work involved with keeping common species common.
