I'm a New England boy currently doing a grandfather stint in Chicago. When I'm not with the grands I'm in the forest finding stuff; beautiful stuff, curious stuff, unfamiliar stuff, weird stuff, all kinds of stuff. And after that I get to spend hours and hours trying to figure out what the stuff is. It's all fun and games until someone asks, "precisely which red Russula species is that?" :)
