I grew up in Oregon without a television and made the outdoors my main playground and interest. Camping hiking and exploring with my family was the name of the game, collecting rocks, learning natural sciences and spending all my time outdoors. I went on to get a degree in Geological Sciences, learned permaculture gardening, I worked as a chef focused on the science of cooking mushrooms until the Pandemic.
