Amigos de los Ríos is committed to protecting and restoring open space in the urban environment, and combating public health issues exacerbated by a lack of green infrastructure.We are working to create The Emerald Necklace Regional Park Network encompassing the San Gabriel Forest to the Pacific Ocean and out to the Catalina Islands. By utilizing iNaturalist, we can engage thousands of volunteers to aid in tracking data from our parks improve the work we do through the years.
