Scat was deposited around a 7 x 31-yard area, following a path along a ledge between two houses and around the yard. (It seems like the fox is marking a larger territory.) Each deposit contains seeds, as seen throughout this spring and summer. The scat is rounder and less tubular than the scat deposited a few months ago. Also, it’s dark brown and smoother, and its smell is less offensive or as strong as in earlier months.
