Bumblebee queens were foraging in a large patch of black raspberries where there is an opening in trees along the Vento Bike Trail, and in smaller patches north from there. It was very windy but somewhat protected from wind by the trees along the trail.
One of two or three Common Eastern bumblebees in black raspberry bushes in our back yard. I let them spread so I can eat them, and we no longer have a rabbit controlling them due to the neighborhood cats.
