- Found outside of my apartment building at night in Riverside
- Did not fly away when approached
- Relatively small in comparison to hand (see second picture for scale)
- A few others were flying near the light sources at the top of our door

- Found in a forest outside of crossing place in riverside
- Was the only cactus growing in the area, had a few buds growing on the various sections of the plant
- There was evident trauma on sections of the cactus (as a few thorns and sections of the pads were missing); perhaps indicating that an organism in the area was attempting to eat the blossoms of the plant

- Attempted to stay onto the backpack after brushed away and blown on
- Found near Waller Creek, was most likely born near the stream of the creek
- Around the size of a pinkie nail
