In leaf duff under invasive Rosa sp. in foothills riparian area.
Found on the side of the trail in dirt. No trees nearby but plethora of sagebrush.

Waxy. Crowded gills. Smells apricot like.
Found on cut log.
In moss and grass in foothills scrub habitat.
Growing in moss on well-rotted cottonwood log. Cap size .5 to 1.5 cm. Turning beige/light tan when dry. Hollow stipe. No evidence of veil remnants on cap or stipe. Have dried specimen.
Agrocybe cf. acericola

there could be two (or more) sister cf. acericola species -- more data of course needed to parse this branch
