Large. Digibins, came back with camera and it disappeared
Single individual spotted along the mouth of Ashtabula River. Added to iNat as documentation. Found 7/14/15
I am guessing that this is either a boisduval's blue or a blue copper, but I don't have a lot of experience. Do the coppers often perch with wings partly open? The upper surface is bright blue with strong black and white framing and a cell-end bar, suggesting a male blue copper. But I could be wrong.
