Insect Observation during eclipse
PreEclipse- Before the eclipse things went on as they normally do. The flies were wondering about and the cicadas were being loud. Life was as it normally was.
DuringEclipse- As the eclipse was at and nearing full capacity wild life began to calm down. Things like flies and dragonflies and the sort stopped buzzing around and treated it as if the sun was going down. Insects that make lots of noise started to ease up and make noticeably less noise, like cicadas for instance. Even mosquitos acted differently as they were appearing at the abnormal time.
PostEclipse- After the eclipse the normal sound of midday wild life started returning to what would be expected. The flying insects started wondering about again and anything that thought it was hitting the twilight hours went back too sleep.
