As far as I know, this is the only known location for this species. They began flashing approximately 10 minutes after sunset and continued for around 30 minutes. Their flashes appeared to twinkle as they flashed above shrubs within a wetland. They were photographed from afar, so their habitat was not disturbed. The 'paired' flashes on the left side of the first photo are from P. macdermotti, which was also present in the area. 71 degrees Fahrenheit, clear, and no wind.
