This nice roadside glade has been turned into a dumping ground for fill dirt for the Arkansas Highway Department. The site has been reduced in size by about 50%. I think the state Natural Heritage Commission tracks one of the four species observed here today. I'm not sure if this is a mint. I did not look at it closely but the plant looked unusual to me so I took a few pics.
