This shark has a rope caught in its mouth - no hook visible, and about ten to tweleve metres of trailing rope. An attempt has been made to try and help her last week involving my local dive shop and Seaworld staff, and another attempt will be made this week. I got close enough to grab the rope and try to cut it, but she accelerated away and I had a large camera which prevented me from following her. Very sad although she looked in reasonable condition today. She was sighted on both our dives but was not congregating with the other sharks at this island - more off on her own.
