O Parks is a privately funded nature park in El Ostional, Rivas in Southwest Nicaragua. It is is within the tourist city of San Juan del Sur (where the reality show "Survivor" took place), within 1/2 mile of the Pacific coast. The park serves as an educational, cultural, and recreational area. It is also a site in the network that makes up the Mesoamerican biological corridor. Restoration phase of the threatened dry tropical forest commenced on 2007 and is on-going. http://opwr.org
