Schiff, Knight Try to Jump-Start Rim of the Valley Preservation Act.

The Rim of the Valley stretches from the Simi Hills and Santa Susannas, the Verdugos and on to the San Gabriel Mountains, and includes the Santa Clarita Valley, Griffith Park and the Los Angeles River.
