A LLELA First

On March 10th 2018 during the monthly bird walk at LLELA, participants were thrilled to observe a Rough-legged Hawk (Buteo lagopus ssp. sanctijohannis). Photo by Brian Standley was posted by iNaturalist user lisa58 and can be seen here:
