I'm not sure. From the flag discussion, "the specific epithet would stay capucinus- Poecilma capucinus (Beck, 1817) - since "capucinus" can be a noun and it wasn't clarified in the original description whether it was interpreted as a noun or an adjective."

The gender of Poecilma appears to be neuter, so species names should not end "-us"?
