Get your cameras ready! The Great Lakes BioBlitz starts this Friday!
Greetings Great Lakes BioBlitzers! This Friday (April 22nd) is Earth Day and the kick-off of the Great Lakes BioBlitz! Starting Friday, you can begin posting your observations of wild, living things in your area. Yay! And, remember, youth 18 and under can submit their best photo to our 2022 Great Lakes BioBlitz photo contest. Learn more about the photo contest here: https://z.umn.edu/2022CGLL_GLBB-photocontest.
Be sure to check in with us every Friday for a new photo challenge. We will post a "terrestrial" challenge and an "aquatic" challenge to help inspire you as you are out in nature.

I'm visiting Ontario for a long weekend in June. I saw 2 of the Great Lakes.
The Lakes were pleasantly simple....yeah, I pledge alliance to the Canadian flag, under the
protection of God...like a real pledge of allegiance...with my hand on my heart and all.
