I spend most of my time in the field these days targeting bryophytes and collecting them is a very rewarding hobby.
I’m always looking for interesting microhabitats but really enjoy getting into the swamps and bogs of which I am most fortunate because they are plentiful in Nova Scotia.
I maintain a collection for 99% of my observations and they will eventually be deposited in a herbarium.
