I have been interested in nature my whole life. My first professional job was as a teacher/naturalist at Shavers Creek Environmental Center (Penn State) in the 70's. I had a career as a classroom teacher for many years and integrated environmental education into my curriculum as much as possible. Now as a retired grandparent I spend a lot of time outside nature watching and try to instill love and appreciation for nature in my grandkids.
