I work at the herbarium at Landcare Research, Lincoln. I do identifications of flowering plants, ferns, and liverworts for the herbarium's ID service. My biggest project is co-authoring the NZ liverwort flora with John Engel in Chicago, volume 1 is published, volume 2 mostly written. I've also co-authored online interactive keys (to flowering plants, Coprosma, grasses), and believe they are a much easier way to identify plants than traditional printed keys.
