Perereca-Do-Pacífico (Pseudacris regilla)Observador
wendy5Descrição
I returned to the flooded ditch to see if the larvae had changed (I think Culiseta incidens, Cold Weather Mosquito). They seemed the same, though fewer, and I noticed half a dozen of these submerged egg sacs that look like tiny flat, gold coins. The egg sac is about an inch and a half long, and may be attached to blades of grass. Maybe Pseudacris regilla (Pacific Treefrog)? When I stopped by five days ago many treefrogs in the ditch were all croaking, but as I approached they became silent.
