Findings: The species seems to be distributed evenly over the whole island of New Caledonia, where it was at least found quite isolated at an altitude of 100-800 m among stones in the forest. Locations listed from south to north include: Prony, Yate, Ngoi Valley, Boreare, Coniambo near Cone, Panie Forest, Forest above Oubatche, Ignambi Forest.
