My husband (who dislikes anything with fur, feathers, or scales) found this earthsnake under the garbage bin outside. He didn't want the dog (exception 1 of 2) or the cat (2 of 2) to get it, so he called me. I've told him a thousand times they are harmless, but I answered the questions again as I picked it up and moved it under a 2nd garbage bin. When I turned back, he was gone. Lol. Poor guy has to put up with all my beloved creatures.

Dead (run over?) on Vollintine & Evergreen Greenline.
Small snake (6-7”)located under plant pot in residential lawn. Torpid (not moving) until handled then warmed up and started moving with handling. Ambient temperature ~50F.
