meknipfer's Identifications

Observed growing wild in someone's yard in my neighborhood. Dense, uniformly yellowish green vines. Many leaves from 1 to 3 cm in length, and a very distinctive shape. The leaves themselves were shaped somewhat triangularly. Seemed to have many flowers which were dead/wilted and yellow in color.
