Looks like grass that grew near a wet rocky surface. Is about half a foot tall and has spiky ends of it’s branches.

Round growths of what appears to be dried out plant matter. On rocks in the middle of the dry creek bed so may be under water for some seasons. Ranged in size from around 2 inches in diameter to around 6 inches in diameter. Mostly brown with ash white tips.Observed at bull creek river bed.
Very tiny grasshopper like insect. Mostly mottled Grey and black with small amount of blue on rear legs. Only an inch long. Massive jump length. Collected at bull creek river bed
This bug in appearance looks like the chagas bug without the typical rust bands along his abdomen. He has a spiny hood just behind his head and rust colored antennae. He is slow moving and seemingly disinterested in me. Pen is for scale, from tip of antennae to base of abdomen roughly 8 cm. Antennae are jointed.
Looked like an all black wasp it’s wings were black and it had yellow stripes through it’s abdomen. About 1 - 1 1/2 inches long. Found near water.

Found on the exterior of a house. For scale, the brick is cinder block size so the spider is quite large. Body 1-2in and legs of 1-2in length as well. Moved at a moderate pace. Banded coloration along legs and pale oval on lower abdomen. Brown and grey throughout.
An insect with a bunch of tiny legs, a tan underbelly and favors a millipede. Dark brown with two antennas.
