About 14 eggs, 2.5 to 3 inches long, light blue/tan and speckled
Not confident in the species but it looked the closest to it. About the size of a quarter in person!
Large eggs found attached in the root mat of Smartweed in pond in Hunt County. Hatched in a home observation aquarium, believed to be Siren lacertina due to coloration and striping pattern.

Found after receding floodwaters (due to Cyclone Jasper) had inundated Tyto Wetlands.
